Ingredients:

• garbanzo beans
• 1 sliced red bell pepper
• olive oil
• salt & pepper
• water

Directions:

In a deep pan heat up beans and bell pepper with olive oil. In a blender puree 2/3’s of beans, bell pepper and water. Add mixture to pan and mix in salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy heated or cold soup!
